• Professional Fiduciary: $200/hr - $275/hr | Complex Trusts: $300/hr 

• Associate Fiduciary: $175/hr 

• Support Staff: $175/hr

• Case Management: $150/hr

• One Time Client On-Boarding Fee: $1,000 (non-refundable)

Optional Flat Annual Fiduciary Fee Schedule 

• $3M = 1.5%

• $3M – $10M = 1.0%

• $10M = 0.85%

Minimum Monthly Billing: $500

Agent Under Power of Attorney/Healthcare Directive Agent - Hourly

Guardianship/Conservatorship of the Person or Estate - Hourly

Guardian/Conservator fees are subject to court approval

• Professional Fiduciary Hourly Rate: $220hr - $275/hr

• Support Staff Hourly Rate: $175/hr

• Case Management Hourly Rate: $125/hr 

• One Time Client On-Boarding Fee: $1,000 (non-refundable)

Minimum Monthly Billing: $500

Fees payable to the Professional Fiduciary as the Personal Representative for customary services are authorized under Probate Code §10800, and pursuant to Probate Code §10800 are computed on a fee base comprised of gross assets, plus receipts and gains, less losses, as follows:

• 4% of the first $100,000

• 3% of the next $100,000

• 2% of the next $800,000

• 1% of the next $9,000,000

• 0.5% of the next $15,000,000

• Court discretion after $25,000,000

In addition to statutory fees, pursuant to Probate Code §10801, extraordinary fees can be requested for services such as, but not limited to, tax issues, real property sales, unique asset sales, and litigation.  Though fees for extraordinary services are subject to court approval, extraordinary services are charged at the following hourly rates:

• Associate Fiduciary: $175/hr 

• Support Staff: $175/hr

• Trust Accounting Rate: $200/hr

• Trust Accounting CPA Review: $300/hr

• Trust Accounting Dat Entry: $100/hr 

• Bookkeeping Rate: $110/hr 

• Controller / CFO Rate: $250/hr
